Returns & Repairs Policy Returns All returns must be pre-authorized by Bisson Custom Mufflers via email or telephone before being shipped back to BCM. When you contact BCM you will receive a “Return of Merchandise” number that must accompany your returned product along with a brief explanation of reason for the return. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. Returned product is subject to a $5.00 re-stocking fee. Returned product is also subject to a $3.00 Credit Card Charge-back fee. All returns must be shipped to BCM via regular Parcel Post signed “Return Under Warranty, no Value” on the outside of the box to avoid any Duty Fee’s. Shipping fee’s will not be credited for return of product. The only exception is damaged or incorrect packaging of product type at the fault of BCM.
Repairs All repairs must be pre-authorized by Bisson Custom Mufflers via email or telephone before being shipped back to BCM. When you contact BCM you will receive a “Repair of Merchandise” number that must accompany your returned product along with a brief exclamation of reason for the repair. Repairs covered under warranty must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. All of BCM’s muffler’s come with a one year warranty. Repairs due to manufacturing defect will not have any applicable charges. All other repairs will be at the cost of the customer and will be quoted a price when requesting the “Repair of Merchandise” number or upon inspection of muffler before being repaired. All repairs must be shipped to BCM via regular Parcel Post signed “Repair Under Warranty, no Value” on the outside of the box to avoid any Duty Fee’s. Shipping cost’s will not be covered by BCM for repairs not covered by warranty.
